Returns & Refunds
At Mayuram Oils, we take pride in delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality cold-pressed oils. Since our products are food-grade consumables, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email radha.mnx@gmail.com with your order details.
2) Refunds & Replacements
We accept refund/replacement requests only if:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or leaking product received

Expired product delivered
Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used bottles
-
Change of mind after purchase
-
Products without original packaging
4) Refund Process

Email radha.mnx@gmail.com with your Order ID, issue description, and clear product photos for verification.

Once verified, we will initiate either:

A replacement shipment, or
-
A refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
5) Shipping Costs

For wrong, damaged, or expired products, we cover return shipping costs.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
